If you are not completely satisfied with your flower arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any concerns, which may include a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept physical returns. However, we stand behind our quality and will address legitimate concerns about freshness or condition promptly.
If your flowers were not delivered as scheduled or were left in an unsuitable location, contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action to ensure your satisfaction.
Occasionally, specific flowers may be unavailable due to seasonal supply. We may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the arrangement style and color palette. If you are not satisfied with a substitution, please contact us within 24 hours.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Additional time may be required for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Orders may be cancelled up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before delivery may incur a fee. Delivered orders cannot be cancelled.
